Lord of the Rings / Hobbit Music Box - Hobbit Hole Book Music Box Gift

"There and back again...a hobbit's tale, by Bilbo Baggins."

As a LotR fan myself, I wanted to make a unique and beautiful Hobbit Hole music box that I would be excited to put on my shelf. 

When standing up the music box looks like a book, so it's perfect for storing on your bookshelf or desk! Then when you open up the book, you get the pleasant surprise of seeing a little hobbit hole nestled inside. And not a nasty, dirty, wet hole either...a beautiful, charming little hobbit hole!

The outside box is made of lovely solid red/brown wood, and the hobbit hole inside is made from 3D printed PLA filament. Two of the three options available are hand painted by me using acrylic paints. The full color, hand-painted version is painted with a variety of colors to portray a more realistic version of Bag End, including details such as a green door, red bricks, and gray stones. The rustic version of the hobbit hole is painted to look more like a rustic metal or stained wood, helping to portray the feeling of an antique music box. Keep in mind that since each hobbit hole is hand painted individually, there will be some slight variations from the above pictures.

As a new option I've also included a version that is not hand painted. The 'Color (non-painted)' option has a hobbit hole inside that is 3D printed with a variety of colors. It's not quite as colorful or unique as the hand-painted version, but it is a little more affordable since it's a bit simpler for me to make.
